Integrating Twilio click to call from Excel - a business phone system for less than £50 a month

Twilio is an amazing system - it brings phone systems alive. What it doesn't do so well, is integrate with other systems easily. So, at Digital Custodian when we were asked to find a click to call solution, we jumped at the chance and then hit a brick wall.

Problem 1: How on earth can the average business person even integrate with call systems?

It took us a couple hours of working out how Twilio works, so we decided to make the whole process simpler.

So here's the steps that we recommend. You will need a telephone number - mobile or landline is fine.

1. Sign up for Twilio with $10 credit on us (Twilio Voucher Code included in link below)

Numbers on Twilio cost 0.86 per month ( USD ) at last time of looking.

2. Subscribe to the Twilio proxy 
( we will set up using Excel )

Initial setup is £250 and ongoing server rental is £12/month with 2 months free server trial.
£125 for month 1, £125 for month 2, then £12 ongoing.

3. Send your Twilio number, 

Twilio Number, 
ACCOUNT SID
and
AUTH TOKEN
to twilio@amazingly.services

4. You will receive your code when ready.

When you receive your code we will take you through the configuration.
